1. GENERAL
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of
aldringcopenhagen.com operated by Aldring
Copenhagen. By placing an order or using our
website, you confirm that you are at least
18 years of age and legally capable of
entering into binding contracts.
2. PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue
products at any time without notice. All
product descriptions, images and prices are
subject to change.
Product images and descriptions are for
illustrative purposes only. Colors, sizes
and appearance may slightly differ from the
actual product received. This does not
constitute a defect.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Danish Krone (DKK).
We reserve the right to change prices at any
time. Payment must be made in full at the
time of purchase. We accept major credit cards
and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
Only one discount code or voucher can be used
per order. Voucher balances have no cash value
and are non-refundable.
4. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order constitutes an offer to
purchase. A contract is formed only when we
send you an order confirmation email. We
reserve the right to refuse or cancel any
order at our discretion, including in cases
of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock
unavailability.
If we cancel your order after receiving
payment, you will receive a full refund.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to Denmark. Delivery times are
estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Standard delivery takes 5 to 12 business days.
In exceptional cases delivery may take up
to 4 weeks.
Our products are shipped from outside the EU.
Aldring Copenhagen is not responsible for
delays caused by customs, carriers or other
circumstances beyond our control. Risk of
loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. IMPORT DUTIES & CUSTOMS
Any import duties, taxes or customs fees
arising upon delivery are the sole
responsibility of the customer. We ship
all orders DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
We recommend checking with our customer
service before ordering to determine if
import duties apply in your region.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are not possible after an
order has been placed as our warehouse
processes orders automatically. If you
notice an error in your order such as an
incorrect size or address, contact us
immediately at info@aldringcopenhagen.com
and we will do our best to correct it.
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our return and refund policy is outlined
separately on our Returns page. Items may
be returned within 30 days of receipt,
provided they are unused, unworn and in
original packaging.
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel
your order within 14 days of receiving your
shipment without giving any reason.
9. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or incorrect
product, please contact us within 30 days
at info@aldringcopenhagen.com with a photo
of the defect. We will either replace the
product or issue a full refund including
return shipping costs.
10. CHARGEBACKS
You agree not to request a chargeback for
any payment made for products on our website.
In case of any issue, please contact us first
at info@aldringcopenhagen.com so we can
resolve the matter directly.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including text,
images, logos and design is the property of
Aldring Copenhagen and protected by
applicable intellectual property laws. You
may not reproduce, distribute or use any
content without our prior written consent.
12. PRIVACY
Your use of our website is also governed by
our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated
into these Terms by reference.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law,
Aldring Copenhagen shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, special or
consequential damages arising from your
use of our website or products. Our total
liability shall not exceed the amount paid
for the relevant order.
We are not liable for delays caused by
shipping carriers or customs, minor product
variations in color or size, or events
outside our reasonable control.
14. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use our website for any unlawful
purpose, to transmit harmful content, to
collect personal data of others, or to
interfere with the operation of the website.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms
at any time. Changes will be posted on this
page with an updated date. Continued use of
the website after changes constitutes
acceptance of the new terms.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the
European Union. Any disputes shall be
resolved in accordance with applicable EU
consumer protection laws.
