Return policy
This return policy applies to all orders placed at Aldring Copenhagen and complies
with EU consumer protection laws.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHT
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your shipment without giving any reason. We extend this period to 30 days as a courtesy.
RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Only products in NEW condition can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use. New condition means: unopened products in original packaging that have never been used.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the
product is defective or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs typically range between €20 and €40 per package, depending on size, weight and chosen carrier.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@aldringcopenhagen.com. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
HOW TO RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aldringcopenhagen.com. We will provide
you with the necessary return instructions.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once we have received and verified your return, you will receive your refund within 10 business days via your original payment method.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days at
info@aldringcopenhagen.com with a photo of the defect. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund including return shipping costs.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Our products are shipped from and returned to
our warehouse in Asia. Please take shipping times into account when initiating a return.
If your order is still in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive
the goods and then return them to us.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update this return policy at any time to comply with applicable
legal requirements.
